A fun run / race with a bit of a difference, open to all runners and all ages – novices or experienced)
A Paarlauf relay is one where teams of two will compete in a continuous relay around a half-mile loop around the Aberaeron RFC club grounds (mix of tarmac, grass and a short section of trail)
This is a race to be the first to complete 7 laps each (total of 14 laps as a pair)
As the first pair to complete their total of 14 laps, the race ends, and your total distance covered as a team will be counted.
This is a bit of fun, and food and drinks will be available in the clubhouse afterwards to help kick off the Aberaeron 7s Festival
Entry on the night – £3 per participant (£6 per team) Registration from 6pm. Race starts at 7pm
